The Saudi Central Bank better known as “SAMA” has completed the connectivity of the Saudi Business Centre which connects Saudi government entities to banks operating in KSA.
As per the Saudi news agency, the program named “Tanfeeth” is part of SAMA’s strategic objective to upgrade its IT infrastructure and optimise administrative processes including speed, quality, and integration with financial institutions operating in Saudi Arabia in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Saudi Central Bank “SAMA” launched the Tanfeeth program in February 2019. The program aimed to benefit from modern technologies and e-government applications in addition to upgrading the level of government services in a way that contributes to the reduction of administrative procedures and raise their quality and speed.
At the time of launch, SAMA pointed out that the electronic link with “Tanfeeth” program ensured the confidentiality of the information and informed judges thereof within the framework of the procedures of handling cases considered by them including personal status cases (expenses and inheritance)
Tanfeeth program was established on the technological platform “Watheiq”.
